In order to read PDF documents, you'll need the free Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have a copy, click Get Acrobat Reader, download Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website, and then follow the installation instructions.
Using Acrobat Reader
Note: Depending on the file size, PDF files may take a few minutes to display on slower modems.
When you're running the Acrobat Reader, you can:
- Save the document to your hard drive
- Print all or part of the document
- Use the magnifying glass to control the image size
- Use the hand tool to move around in the window
- Click on the document icons on the tool bar to view actual size, fit in window, or fit width
- Move from page to page or to the beginning or end of the newsletter using the arrows in the tool bar
- Click the navigation icon on the toolbar to bring up a navigation pane (left column). Use thumbnails or bookmarks to jump directly to specific pages.
